Local, owner-run, and still answering the phone.

Top Flight Home Renovations is a design-build renovation company based in The Colony, Texas, working across North Dallas since 2019.

How Top Flight started

Hunter Morgan got his start in chimneys, fireplaces and home exteriors working for another contractor, then founded Top Flight in 2019. Custom caps, chase rebuilds and fireplace remodels are still some of our favorite work. Over the years the calls grew into siding, trim, exterior paint, masonry, windows and skylights, and now full interior remodeling.

Today he has close to ten years in the contracting industry. He still walks the estimates himself, so the person who prices your project is the person accountable for it.

“Top Flight” means the best choice available — by definition. That’s the bar on every job, from a chimney cap to a whole-house remodel.
