The original neighborhoods along the lake were built in the 1970s through the 90s, which means wood siding and trim reaching the end of its life, chimney chases that were never flashed right, and original windows that leak air. The newer builds around Tribute and Stewart Peninsula are a different story: builder-grade finishes ready for the upgrades the builder skipped.
