What we fix

Rotted trim, fascia and soffitBoards soft or crumbling at the roofline, around windows or at the bottom of walls. We cut out the bad wood and replace it.
Siding that falls apart when you touch itSometimes the trim comes off and the siding behind it crumbles like wood chips. We check what’s underneath and replace what has to go.
Hail-damaged or tired sidingCracked, dented or faded siding replaced on one wall, three sides or the whole house.
Animal and water damageSquirrels chewing through trim at the roofline, soffit ruined by badly installed gutters, rodents behind panel siding — repaired and closed up.

We came to replace trim only. When the trim came off, the siding crumbled like wood chips. Everything underneath was sound, so we replaced the moisture barrier, siding and trim with LP SmartSide, then painted it two-tone.

Questions people ask

Can you replace just the rotted boards?
Yes. No job is too small — fascia, soffit and trim repairs start at $350 and siding repairs at $750. Small repairs are how most of our long-term customers started.
Which siding do you install?
James Hardie fiber cement, LP SmartSide and vinyl. We’ll go over the options for your house at the estimate.
What if you find more rot once the old siding comes off?
We stop, show you, and price the fix before we touch it. Your written price doesn’t change unless you approve a change.
Do you paint after the repair?
Yes. Everything we replace gets caulked, sealed and painted to match — or we repaint the whole house if you want a new look.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
We tell you up front what needs a permit or HOA sign-off and handle the contractor side of the paperwork.
Is there a warranty?
Every project carries our 5-year workmanship warranty, in writing.
