Typical project costs
Ranges so you can sanity-check any contractor, us included. Square footage, hidden damage, material grade and access all move the number. We come out, scope it, and give you one fixed price in writing, good for 14 days.
About these numbers: the “From” prices are Top Flight starting prices for small repairs. The other ranges come from our past Top Flight jobs, checked against current Dallas–Fort Worth market data for 2026. A fireplace refresh puts a new face on the fireplace you have; a custom build or full remodel (new framing, built-ins, inserts) is a different scope and is priced after the visit.
Payment options for homeowners
Fixed written pricing means the number you finance is the number you pay.
Monthly payments on your project
Top Flight offers homeowner financing through Wisetack, built right into your estimate and invoice. Loans from $500 to $25,000, terms from 3 to 60 months, and 0% APR options for qualified customers. Wisetack — not Top Flight — sets your rate, term and approval.

Larger project? Apply with Closer Capital
For projects over $25,000, or if you’d like more lender options, you can apply with Closer Capital. Their application works for homeowners as well as businesses.
Closer Capital is a third-party lender network; it sets your rate, term and approval. Top Flight may receive a referral fee at no cost to you.
Pay your invoice
Every Top Flight invoice arrives by email and text with a secure pay-online link — card or bank transfer, no login required. Deposits and progress payments work the same way.
