Straight talk on cost

What this usually runs in Argyle.

Most contractors keep the number back until they are standing in your living room. We would rather you knew the neighborhood before you call — so when we quote, it is a conversation and not a shock.

Where these numbers come from Our pricing from past Top Flight jobs, checked against current Dallas–Fort Worth market data for 2026. We publish them so you can sanity-check any contractor, us included. Your written estimate is the only number that binds.
Why ranges, not a menu? Square footage, existing damage, material grade and access all move the number. We come out, scope it properly, and give you one fixed price in writing, good for 14 days.

Argyle questions

Things Argyle homeowners ask.

Do you really come out to Argyle for a free estimate?
Yes. About 28 minutes from our base in The Colony. The on-site visit, the measurements and the written price are all free with no obligation.
How fast will someone call me back?
During business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–2pm) we aim to call back within the hour. You'll hear from Top Flight directly — not a call center.
Do you handle Argyle permits and HOA approvals?
We'll tell you up front which parts of your project need a permit from the City of Argyle or sign-off from your HOA, and we handle the contractor's side of the paperwork.
Will the price change once you start?
Not unless you change the scope. Your written estimate is a fixed price, valid for 14 days. If we uncover something hidden, we stop, show you, and price the fix before touching it.
