G★★★★★
“We hired Top Flight to remodel our primary bathroom in Starwood (Frisco), and they delivered exactly what we hoped for. They built a new walk-in shower with a full tile surround, installed a double vanity, and added heated floors. … Professional, on schedule, and easy to live with during a remodel.”
G★★★★★
“Top Flight did our full bath, half bath, and kitchen in The Colony over about a weeks time back in July. … One crew, one schedule, and they kept the rest of the house usable. The dust was contained very well!”
G★★★★★
“Top Flight handled a full interior refresh at our house in The Colony: kitchen cabinet install, hall bathroom remodel, hardwood floor refinish on the main level, and paint and trim through the common areas. … Multiple rooms, one contractor, and the work matches across the house.”
G★★★★★
“We recently updated our main living space in Little Elm by doing a kitchen renovation and hardwood floor installation at the same time. … Having one contractor manage both the flooring and cabinetry saved us time and hassle.”
G★★★★★
“Our chimney was leaking because the internal framing had completely rotted out above the roofline. Top Flight handled the entire chimney rebuild in Plano. … They made sure the roof intersection was completely sealed and watertight before leaving.”
G★★★★★
“We hired Top Flight to tear off the old Masonite panels and replace them with durable Hardie fiber cement siding. … The transformation is incredible, and the side of our home is protected from the elements better. Highly recommend them for siding replacement and exterior painting.”
G★★★★★
“Hunter gave us our estimate and Top Flight replaced all 14 windows on our home in Frisco (Lone Star Ranch). Mike's crew finished in two days, cleaned up completely, and the price beat two other quotes.”
G★★★★★
“Top Flight installed luxury vinyl plank throughout our main floor in McKinney (Craig Ranch). About 1,800 sq ft done in three days. Seams are tight, and they moved all the furniture for us. It feels brand new!”
G★★★★★
“Top Flight replaced the baseboards and door casing all the way around our Carrollton house. … Corners are tight and the nail holes are filled. Trim work is the kind of thing you notice every day, and this looks finished.”
G★★★★★
“Top Flight finished out our garage conversion in Allen (Twin Creeks). Hung, taped, and textured all the drywall and matched the existing walls perfectly. You can't tell where old ends and new begins.”

Good questions
Things people ask before they call.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes — the on-site visit, the measurements and the written price are all free with no obligation. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
How fast will someone get back to me?
During business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–2pm) we aim to call back within the hour. Evenings and Sundays, first thing the next morning. You'll hear from Top Flight, not a call center.
Will the price change once you start?
Not unless you change the scope. Your written estimate is a fixed price, valid for 14 days. If we uncover something hidden (rot behind siding, for example), we stop, show you, and price the fix before touching it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Top Flight Home Renovations LLC is a Texas-registered company and carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request before any work starts.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
We'll tell you up front which parts of your project need a permit or HOA sign-off and handle the paperwork that falls on the contractor. You'll never get a surprise stop-work notice because of us.
Do you do both interior and exterior work?
Yes — that's the whole point. We started in 2019 with chimneys, fireplaces and home exteriors, and expanded into full interior remodeling. One crew, one point of contact, one warranty for the whole house.
What's the smallest job you'll take?
If it's a real repair or improvement, call us. A chimney cap, a rotten fascia board, a fireplace refresh — small jobs are how most of our long-term customers started.
How do payments work?
A deposit to schedule and order materials, progress payments on larger projects, and the balance at your final walkthrough — never full payment up front. Details are spelled out in your written estimate.
