What they wanted
A two-story home where the brick was fine but the siding above it was not. They wanted the top half to stop looking like the oldest part of the house.
What we found
Siding at the end of its service life across the whole upper elevation, with the usual soft spots where water had been getting behind it.
What we did
Took the upper siding off down to the sheathing, wrapped it, and installed new siding in a warm cream that sits right against the brick below. Trim and fascia replaced on the same pass.
