A tired single-story home in downtown Garland with old painted wood lap siding, peeling paint and window units hanging out of the walls. The owners wanted the whole exterior brought back — not patched again.
What we found
Rot behind the siding in more than one spot, worst low on the walls and around the porch. Trim and fascia were soft in places. This was never going to be a paint job.
What we did
Stripped the old siding off the house, repaired the rot underneath, wrapped it, and installed new lap siding in a deep navy with crisp white trim. Fascia and porch trim replaced, everything caulked and finished. Same house, unrecognizable.
