Things people ask before they call.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes — the on-site visit, the measurements and the written price are all free with no obligation. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that too.
How fast will someone get back to me?
During business hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm) we aim to call back within the hour. Evenings and Sundays, first thing the next morning. You'll hear from Top Flight, not a call center.
Will the price change once you start?
Not unless you change the scope. Your written estimate is a fixed price, valid for 14 days. If we uncover something hidden (rot behind siding, for example), we stop, show you, and price the fix before touching it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Top Flight Home Renovations LLC is a Texas-registered company and carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request before any work starts.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
We'll tell you up front which parts of your project need a permit or HOA sign-off and handle the paperwork that falls on the contractor. You'll never get a surprise stop-work notice because of us.
Do you do both interior and exterior work?
Yes — that's the whole point. We started with exteriors in 2019 and expanded into full interior remodeling. One crew, one point of contact, one warranty for the whole house.
What's the smallest job you'll take?
If it's a real repair or improvement, call us. A chimney cap, a rotten fascia board, a fireplace refresh — small jobs are how most of our long-term customers started.
How do payments work?
A deposit to schedule and order materials, progress payments on larger projects, and the balance at your final walkthrough — never full payment up front. Details are spelled out in your written estimate.
